The United Benefice of Knights Enham and Smannell with Enham Alamein

Welcome to The Parish of Knights Enham

The parish has two centres of worship;

St.Michael and All Angels Church

The Church Centre, Smannell Road

The Church of St. Michael and All Angels

The Church Centre, Smannell Road

The beautiful 12th century church is situated at the north end of the parish close to the Saxon Fields housing development. It is here that we hold our 8.30a.m Sunday morning service of Holy Communion following the pattern of the Book of Common Prayer.

St. Michael’s plays a major part in the parish. Services are held there every day of the week. It is used for all the major festivals and for most baptisms, weddings and funerals. The churchyard, which is still open, and the Garden of Remembrance are very peaceful for contemplation and remembrance.

The Church Centre was built in 1982 and serves as a centre for the community as well as a centre for worship in the parish.

Here we hold our regular parish communion service at 10.30a.m every Sunday. This follows the pattern of Common Worship.
